The advisor shares the mandate brief and buyer criteria. We align on scope, geography, sector focus, and any approved or excluded parties before any activity begins.

Relevant Buyers Identified

Using market knowledge, relationship mapping, and disciplined research, we compile a longlist of buyers that genuinely fit the mandate.

Outreach Universe Aligned with Advisor

We present the proposed outreach list to the advisor for review and approval. Nothing proceeds without sign-off. Conflicts, sensitivities, and existing relationships are respected.

Targeted Buyer Contact Initiated

Selected buyers are approached on a named basis. Outreach is controlled, professional, and positions the opportunity accurately without over-disclosing.

NDA-Gated First Access Coordinated

Interested parties are qualified and introduced to the NDA process. We manage this step and ensure the advisor receives only parties who have confirmed interest and signed confidentiality agreements.

Qualified Interest Returned to Advisor

The advisor receives a clean handoff of qualified, NDA-executed parties ready to engage in the process. From this point, the advisor leads. We remain available for any follow-up support.
