The advisor stays in control
We are an origination partner, not a co-advisor. The lead advisor owns the process, the relationship with the client, and the execution. We provide a defined service within a defined scope.
Targeted, not mass outreach
Every buyer approached has been assessed for fit and approved by the advisor. We do not blast opportunities to generic mailing lists or use automated mass-outreach tools against the advisor's interest.
A specialist in international buyer access
Our value-add is strongest in cross-border buyer origination — reaching strategics in Western Europe, Scandinavia, and beyond who may not be on a standard CEE advisor's longlist.
Quality over volume
We measure success by the quality of introductions returned, not the number of buyers approached. We prefer to approach twelve credible buyers than fifty marginal ones.
