From mandate
to qualified introduction.

Mandate & Criteria

Mandate brief and buyer criteria received from the lead advisor. Scope, geography, sector focus, approved and excluded parties are defined and documented before any activity begins. Both parties align on process structure and communication protocols.

Buyer Mapping

We build a longlist of relevant buyers using market knowledge, relationship mapping, and structured research. Buyers are assessed for strategic fit, acquisition history, financial capacity, and geographic appetite. Rationale is documented for each party on the longlist.

Curated Shortlist

A prioritised shortlist is prepared and presented to the advisor for review. We discuss rationale, flag any sensitivities, and agree the approved outreach universe. No buyer is approached without advisor sign-off.

Controlled Outreach

Targeted outreach is initiated to approved buyers only. Communication is professional, appropriately positioned, and does not over-disclose. Responses are tracked and managed centrally. The advisor is kept informed throughout.

NDA-Gated First Access

Interested parties are qualified before receiving any confidential materials. NDAs are executed under the advisor's standard templates or as agreed. Only credible, commercially serious interest proceeds.

Qualified Introductions

Qualified parties are handed off cleanly to the lead advisor. The advisor is in full control from this point. We remain available for follow-up support, additional buyer origination rounds, or practical market context as the process develops.

Every buyer approached has been assessed for fit and approved by the advisor. We do not blast opportunities to generic mailing lists or use automated mass-outreach tools against the advisor's interest.

We measure success by the quality of introductions returned, not the number of buyers approached. We prefer to approach twelve credible buyers than fifty marginal ones.
